Its vacation time in this lovely twin island of T&T. School is
out and taking leave from work during this period has become a norm. It usually
sparks the beginning of fun and exciting moments with loved ones, family and
friends. So what thrilling plans do you all have for this July-August break? Will
you be visiting our beautiful beaches, maybe our breathtaking landscapes;
probably a river cook is on the agenda, a hiking trip, or perhaps a peaceful getaway
to the sister isle of Tobago?
What fun activities do you have planned for the
kids? How about some horseback riding, bird watching or a visit to Harry’s
Water Park? For all you sport fanatics, cricket excitement resides in the
ongoing Caribbean Premier League (CPL), will you be taking part? Additionally
on a more cultural note Emancipation and Independence Day celebrations would be
held during this vacationing period, will you be attending with your family to recognize and appreciate its significance to us individuals and the wider national community?
